2. Get evaluated in-person
or virtually

If your issue is something that we’ve helped people in the past overcome, we will schedule an evaluation with you. You’ll go through a comprehensive assessment to identify areas for improvement so we can build a plan specific to your needs.

3. Execute a personalized
plan

We’ll keep in communication both during and outside of sessions so you don’t need to do any guesswork. As you progress, the plan will evolve to meet you where you’re at, taking into consideration any life events or changes along the way.
