  • Each session will be 1-hour long for both evaluation and follow-ups and will be one-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy for the full duration of the visit.

  • Our physical therapy is different since we look at the whole body and how it relates to the person’s story instead of solely focusing on the specific body region itself. This is because we understand that the body is connected as a whole and to truly optimize your movement and get the best results possible, we need to take everything into consideration.

    The entire session consists of direct one-on-one care with consistent communication between sessions to ensure that you feel as comfortable and confident with your plan of care as possible. The goal is not only to get you out of pain, but also to help you excel in what you want to return back to and provide you with all of the education and resources possible so you can independently manage your care over your lifespan.

  • Yes, you will receive treatment during the first session. You’ll leave the first session with steps to start managing your pain, and a detailed recap of the plan moving forward to start reaching your goals.

  • We use the initial evaluation to get a clearer idea of where you’re at functionally to determine how many sessions you’ll need to get long lasting results. Most of our clients feel better, feel stronger, and reach their initial goals within 10 sessions.

  • Yes, we offer virtual sessions. You can receive the same high-quality care from the comfort of your own home.

  • We are an out-of-network provider with most large insurance companies. Depending on your out-of-network benefits, you may be eligible to receive reimbursement for physical therapy services through your insurance plan.

    We also can provide you with superbills for our services that you can submit to your insurance company to request reimbursement for our services.

  • Yes, we accept both HSA/FSA for our physical therapy services.

  • A superbill is an itemized bill including the physical therapy services provided within the session that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

  • Our physical therapy is primarily movement-based so it’s best to bring any type of clothing that is easy and comfortable to move around in.

  • If you cancel or reschedule, we require a 24 hours advance notice. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, you will be charged for the session.
